1 piece of bread
1/8 to 1/4 avocado, sliced
1 slice of tomato
2 slices of smoked salmon
I use Nanuk because it is a Canadian brand and relatively easy to find in grocery stores.
1 tsp of feta cheese
Black pepper as desired
1 tbsp measuring spoon
1. Toast your bread as desired.
2. Place sliced smoked salmon, sliced tomato, sliced avocado on top of toast.
3. Sprinkle with feta cheese and black pepper if desired.
