Smoked Salmon and Avocado Toast Recipe

Spruce up your avocado toast by adding smoked salmon. Creamy avocado and savoury smoked salmon pair up to make this delicious meal.

Ready in just minutes, it is the perfect answer to "what's for breakfast / lunch / dinner?"

Prep: 3 minutes

Cook time: 2-3 minutes

Yield: 1 toast


1 piece of bread

1/8 to 1/4 avocado, sliced

1 slice of tomato

2 slices of smoked salmon

  • I use Nanuk because it is a Canadian brand and relatively easy to find in grocery stores.

1 tsp of feta cheese

Black pepper as desired

Equipment required


Cutting board

1 tbsp measuring spoon


1. Toast your bread as desired.

2. Place sliced smoked salmon, sliced tomato, sliced avocado on top of toast.

3. Sprinkle with feta cheese and black pepper if desired.
