Oven-Baked Vegetables Recipe

Oven-baked vegetables are one of my favourite sides. You can change the spice, you can change the vegetables and so it can be different every time!

Oven-baked vegetables

Prep: 15 minutes

Bake: 20-25 minutes

Yield: 2 servings


Ingredients

1/4 cup olive oil

3 cups diced vegetables (I used broccoli, bell pepper, and onion)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp cajun spice

Equipment required

Knife

Cutting board

Bowl with lid

1/4 cup measuring cup

1 cup measuring cup

1 tsp measuring spoon

Oven sheet

Flipper or turner


Steps

1. Pre-heat oven to 375F.

2. Dice all vegetables

3. Add oil to a bowl, add spice and mix.

4. Add diced vegetables to bowl, put on the lid and shake to coat.

5. Place vegetables evenly on the baking sheet.

6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flip halfway through.

7. Serve immediately.
