Chicken nuggets are a delightful finger food. These chicken nuggets are delicious and are quite simple to make. Skip the take-out and try these instead!
Pair these chicken nuggets with the oven-baked spicy yam fries and you've got yourself a homemade, healthy version of a take-out meal!
Prep: 15 minutes
Cooking: 20 minutes
Yield: 2-3 servings
2 medium-sized chicken breasts
1-2 cups of bread crumbs
Optional: seasoning or spice as desired
Flipper or turner
1 cup measuring cup
Oven sheet pan
Pre-heat oven to 375F.
Cut chicken breasts into desired nugget size.
Crack egg into one bowl. Whisk until the egg is the same consistency.
Pour bread crumbs (and desired seasoning) into the other bowl.
Take one chicken nugget at a time and fully coat in the egg. Then fully coat in the bread crumbs. Then place on the oven sheet pan.
Continue until all chicken nuggets are coated. You may need more bread crumbs if they start to stick together in the bowl.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the bottom of the chicken nugget is lightly brown.
Enjoy with your favourite dipping sauce!
