These energy balls are a simple snack to make and can be taken with you on the go. Eat a couple before or after a workout, at work, or in the car.

Ingredients
1 cup natural peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp olive oil
2 cups dates
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
4 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup almond slices
2.5 cup oats

Microwave safe bowl
Large mixing bowl
Spoon
1 cup measuring cup
1 tsp measuring spoon
1 tbsp measuring spoon
1/2 cup measuring cup
Steps
1. Add peanut butter, honey, and olive oil to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 40 seconds. Mix thoroughly.
2. Dice dates until they are pea-sized.
3. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Mix until everything is coated.
4. Use the tbsp measuring spoon to scoop out the mixture. Using hands, roll into a ball shape.
5. Place in the fridge to maintain shape.
