Get macro targets based on

Here is how it works: 

1. Ensure you know your training schedule and volume for the next month, you will be prompted for this in the assessment form

 

2. Complete the online assessment form with as many details as you can 

  • This form will ask you questions about your overall health, your eating preferences, your training plan, and your goals

3. Once I receive your completed assessment form, I will calculate your macro targets and create a 7-day meal plan and send it to you by email within 7 days

4. Upload your new macro targets into your favourite tracking app and use the meal plan to show you how to reach your new targets

5. Confidently know you are now eating according to your current goals and triathlon training  

6. When your training changes (ie from off-season to pre-season) or your goals change (ie from body composition to performance), renew for another month to ensure you are eating what you need for your new training and/or goals.

How is Personalized Macros different than 1-on-1 nutrition coaching? 

  • Personalized Macros is a one-month program is for those who just want to know what to eat and how much to eat for their current training level. 1-on-1 nutrition coaching dives deeper into your habits, lifestyle, and nutrition issues. 1-on-1 coaching is needed for those who are experiencing fatigue, stomach upset, nausea, vomiting, or follow a specialized diet. If you are experiencing any of those listed or have another nutritional issue, you may need more support and feedback. Read more about 1-on-1 coaching here. ​

When should I think about changing my macros ?

I recommend only changing your macro targets once your training season changes or you are really struggling to hit your targets. It is beneficial to stick with your new targets for a few months as you need time to see performance or body composition changes. Most triathletes only need macro changes when they switch seasons (from race-season to off-season to pre-season).

 

What is your refund policy?

There are no refunds unless you request one before submitting your assessment form. As soon as I receive your completed form, I start working on your macro targets and meal plan.
