Get stronger and faster in triathlon
without feeling confused or overwhelmed about nutrition

You want to finish faster, and stronger
than last year...

When you pass the finish line for the first time, you felt immense pride and euphoria. You were practically crying from how happy you felt. You were so damn proud of yourself for putting in the work and staying determined.

You want to experience that feeling again and again, and that motivates you to keep going to see how far you can go and how much better you could be.

But you know that your nutrition is lacking. You know you need to eat better so that you perform better, but what does that even mean?

You take it upon yourself to read books, blogs, and googled "nutrition for athletes", "what to eat as an athlete" and "sports nutrition". There are pages, upon pages of websites. They all say different and contradictory things: eat low carb, but eat carbs before, during, and after training; only have liquid foods during training, actually solid food is better; eat all the protein you can, but not too much.

... but you are frustrated and overwhelmed

Thoughts race through your head:

  • “What am I doing wrong? I either feel awesome or exhausted after workouts”

  •  “I know I need to eat more food, but I am afraid of gaining weight”

  •  “I know I need more protein, but how do I do that without drinking protein shakes all day?”

  •  “I’m always hungry and I want to eat everything! I struggle to limit my portions between workouts”

  •  “Just the thought of cleaning up makes me not want to meal prep”

Does this sound like you? If so, you are not alone.

"I was confused about what to eat, as everyone told me different things. But you made my macro plan simple and easy to follow. I have more energy during training, I've lost 2" off my waist, and I ran 1.5 minutes faster in my virtual 5km race!"

- Debbie, triathlete

You want to perform your best on race day

You want to know what to eat, how much, when, and why.

You want to know how to eat so that you perform at your best on race day and finish strong.

You want to be in a place where you no longer experience any nausea or stomach upset during workouts or during your races, where you have peace and freedom around your cravings, and where you feel strong and energized during workouts.

but you struggle with your nutrition and you feel stuck because

You lack the time:

"I really wanted to learn how to manage my own nutrition plan while preparing for my first full Ironman. I learned about my specific macro needs, how to adjust them based on my workload, and different ideas on how to fuel as a predominantly plant-based athlete.

I think one of the best things about Jessica's program is how responsive she is to your questions and that you have the freedom to send questions at anytime during your program with her. I know a lot of times as an athlete I come up with questions in the middle of the week or when at the grocery, and I don't always remember everything I want to ask during a scheduled phone call. So to be able to send a message at anytime and get a reply is awesome."

- Doug, triathlete
